Machine structure

1. Material of inner and outer boxes: the inner box is made of SUS430# mirror stainless steel plate, and the outer box is made of SS41# cold-rolled steel plate, which is painted with anti-static powder after antirust treatment, and the wrinkles are beige.

2. The frame is welded and painted with 40*40*1.5T square, and the metal plate around the frame is closed and detachable.

3. Adopt 120K advanced thermal insulation cotton, the thermal insulation thickness is 80mm, add air layer for thermal insulation, and modify the silica gel sealing strip with high temperature resistance, with the maximum temperature resistance of 260℃ (the surface temperature of the equipment casing shall not exceed 35℃).

4. In order to reduce the heat loss, pneumatic doors are designed before and after each heating section, which is convenient for maintenance and cleaning.

5. If the discharging section is equipped with automatic loading and unloading mechanism.

6. One test hole with a diameter of ≤20mm or less shall be opened in each section.

The long-axis Taiwan Province motor dedicated to the oven is used, and the blade wind wheel is used for air supply.
