structural design

Double-box independent control design is adopted, and the control box is located on the right side of the machine. The single box is divided into three layers.

Inner barrel: imported SUS304#800 times 1.2 mm thick mirror stainless steel plate is used, and it is empirically cleaned with soda water to remove oil stains to avoid PARTICLE generation during baking.

Middle barrel: imported SUS304#800 times 1.2mm thick mirror stainless steel plate, cleaned with soda water, degreased and sealed by argon welding (pollution prevention).

The exterior is made of SS41# steel plate, which is painted after antirust treatment, and the wrinkles are beige.

Adopt 150K high-density ceramic fiber insulation surface with insulation thickness of 100 mm. 。

The set temperature of the equipment is 250℃, and the outside surface temperature of the door panel is ≤ room temperature +15℃.
