Temperature parameter

Normal temperature +15℃~250℃, normal temperature ~175℃ takes about 30 minutes (empty furnace test);

The service temperature is 175℃, and the temperature uniformity is within 1%℃ (empty furnace test, measured after constant temperature for half an hour);

Uniformity

test method

At nine o‘clock, they are distributed in the upper, middle and lower parts of the oven, and the probe is 100mm away from the inlet and outlet grille. After 30 minutes of constant temperature, it is measured with no load.

Exterior temperature

At 175℃, it is less than or equal to room temperature+15℃, except for the four sides of the oven door and the exhaust port.

Equipment structure

1. The upper and lower double doors and double controls are adopted. The control box is located on the right side of the machine, and there is a movable shelf inside, so that the height of Fang Chen can be adjusted at will, and the gap between floors can be adjusted.

2. Inner barrel: SUS304# mirror stainless steel plate is used, and it is cleaned with empirical soda water to remove oil and avoid PARTICLE during baking.

3. Middle barrel: imported SUS304# mirror stainless steel plate is adopted, cleaned with empirical soda water, degreased and sealed by argon welding (pollution prevention).

4. Outer box: made of SS41# cold-rolled steel plate after antirust treatment and painted with powder paint, with beige wrinkles.

5. Adopt 120K high-grade rock wool and 120K high-grade silicone rubber sealing strip, with insulation thickness of 90mm and air layer for insulation, which is energy-saving and environment-friendly.

6. The electromagnetic door lock is made of *2, which is matched with the buckle to prevent the door from opening, and the operation is simple and convenient.

7. Door opening mode: open from right to left, just above the right side of the door, and each door is equipped with an information bag.

8. A 50mm test hole is opened on the back of a single box, and there are two boxes in total.

temperature control system

1. Adopt 7-inch multi-section temperature control panel, 3 levels of authority setting, a total of 11 authority settings, and 30 groups of optional programs (each group can set 30 temperature sections).

2. Equipped with 485 communication function and real-time remote data reading (the machine can query the temperature data through the computer), the temperature curve and temperature data can be recorded by itself (it can be recorded for 120 days), the data can be exported, PID can be calculated automatically, LCD digital display and setting, and the accuracy is 1℃.

Control mode

1. The output is adopted by the control element: Taiwan Province Xuanrong SSR contactless signal output.

2. Air inlet: an electronic N2 flowmeter (10-100L/Min) is attached. Note: the flow rate of a single box is 0-50L/min;

Control the air intake. The air intake is 10mm, and each box is equipped with one flowmeter, totaling two flowmeters.

Circulating air system

1. The exhaust port is equipped with the function of automatically adjusting the opening and closing (the time can be adjusted and set).

2. Intermittent exhaust to ensure the oxygen content of 50ppm, and the exhaust port is set at the back upper part.

3. Single-sided horizontal forced circulation air supply.

cooling system

Equipped with water cooling system, which adopts high-temperature and pressure-resistant stainless steel tube cooler;

Cooling time: it takes about 60 minutes from 175℃ to 40℃.

Internal device

1. Adopt a sheathed stainless steel (SHEATHED HEATER) dust-free electrothermal generator, which can be installed as a whole.

2. The single box is divided into two layers, each layer is about 300mm high, and each box is equipped with 2 stainless steel leaky grids, totaling 4 pieces.

Safety function

1. Leakage circuit breaker, control circuit fuse device, over-temperature protection device, current and over-current protection device, motor over-current protection, abnormal buzzer warning of the machine, reverse preventer, and installation of nitrogen control system. 1. Two-point combination of air filtration.

2. Adopt electromagnetic door lock to prevent the door from opening in the middle, and the door opening temperature can be set by the touch screen.

3. Three-color indication: yellow operation end indication, green operation indication, and red is abnormal indication such as overtemperature.

4. Cooperate with the baking process, control the opening and closing of nitrogen and air to avoid the waste of N2 and the design of cooling speed.

5. Equipped with a paperless recorder for 12-point temperature detection, with single screen and double images, with 6 points in each box.

6. A 3m-long power cord is attached with a Chinese instruction manual (including circuit diagram).
